Bruce and Punishment : An Experiment in Oversimplification

Russian novels can be a bit tough with all of those Russian names and Russian nicknames. What if we switched out the Russian names with names more familiar to the American reader? So instead of Demitri we had Bruce.
What if we took it a step further? And we changed all of the names to Bruce.
